DELIVERY

We are based in Malvern, Worcestershire (WR14). If you are within a 5 mile radius of us, we will delivery your order free of charge. If your postcode falls within this radius, you will see this delivery option when you check out. Where possible, these orders will be delivered the next working day, or even the same day if we haven't yet made our local drops.

For all other orders, we have tried to make our shipping fees as simple as possible. Depending on what you are purchasing, the following shipping prices apply:

UK

Single cards/stickers only - £1.00 per order (Sent with Royal Mail 1st Class)

All other items - £2.95 (orders up to 750g) or £3.49 (Orders over 750g). These items will be sent with a variety of carriers, but we will always do our best to keep you updated with tracking information. Orders generally take 2-3 days from dispatch to delivery.

We do offer a next day service using Royal Mail special delivery. The price for this varies depending on the weight of your order and will be visible before you check out. Orders placed before Midday Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day and delivered the next day. Orders placed after Midday will be dispatched the next day and delivered on the working day day after this. Next day orders dispatched on a Friday may arrive Saturday but are only guaranteed to be delivered on the following Monday. Any orders placed at weekends (after Midday Friday)will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

International Orders

We welcome orders from outside the UK. We do offer an untracked postage option for small orders, this is based on weight and the postage cost can be seen in your cart before checking out. For orders with tracking, postage is charged as follows:

Single cards/stickers only - £10 per order (sent with Royal Mail International Tracked/Signed/Tracked & Signed depending on destination)

All other items - cost of shipping is dependent on your location and the weight of your order. You will be able to see this cost before checking out. Orders over 2kg require specialist couriers and incur a larger charge. All of our international orders are sent with courier of our choice depending on destination country, with full tracking available.

Please Note: There may be tax/import charges to pay when you receive your order. Different countries have different rules and price limits for this. Please be aware of the customs rules in your country before ordering. If you refuse delivery of an order because of customs charges and it is returned to us, we will refund the cost of your order, but not the cost of postage.

Order Cut Off

We attempt to process and dispatch all orders placed by Midday (Mon-Fri) the same day. During busy periods, this may not always be possible. All orders will be dispatched on the next working day at the latest. Any orders placed after Midday on a Friday or at weekends will be dispatched the following Monday (unless this is a bank holiday, in which case orders will be sent on the Tuesday).

Please be aware, that although Covid-19 restrictions have lifted in England, many international orders are subject to delays, up to 2 weeks in some cases, depending on restrictions in place in the destination country.
